Guest and Visitor Accommodations

Reasonable accommodations can be provided by departments, programs, and event organizers at the request of guests and visitors with disabilities.

Arrangements should be made in advance of the actual visitation date. A minimum of 10 business days’ notice is recommended for any accommodation. Please note that while accommodations that involve professional services (i.e., interpreters, transcription, etc.) will typically require 10 business days to arrange, less notice may be sufficient to provide enlarged print or electronic copies of handouts or program brochures.

Accessible parking spots and restrooms are available throughout the university. Vehicles displaying a valid state-issued permit may park in designated handicapped zones.

If you plan to attend an event (including Commencement) and will require reasonable accommodations for a disability, please contact the event coordinator.
