Following on last month’s discussion of Quick Accessibility Checks for Non-Programmers, we invite you to learn, hands-on, some of the techniques for evaluating a document or website’s accessibility beyond the automated tools. Join us to work through manual checks including keyboard-only navigation and operation, reviewing color contrast ratios, and evaluating ALT text. We’ll also discuss some options for fixing the accessibility barriers these checks might find.
