Features of Accessible Documents
- Document has headings and structure
- Images have Alternative (“Alt”) Text descriptions
- Links have descriptive names that make sense out of context
- Tables have row and column headings
- Reading order of document is logical
- Document has sufficient color contrast between text and background
- Fonts are plain (sans-serif fonts are best) and large enough (12 points or larger)
